This Shipping policy applies to all orders placed at heusomstore.com, a store operated by MPS CAPITAL GROUP LLC under the brand name Heusom store.

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

2. Shipped from China

All products are shipped from China. Your order is fulfilled and sent directly to you by our third party supplier, and it does not ship from the United States.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, or high order volume.

5. Shipping costs

Any shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

6. Separate packages

Items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in separate packages on different dates. Receiving one package does not mean the rest of your order is missing.

7. Order confirmation and tracking

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, we send a shipping notification, and it includes tracking details when they are available.

8. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees

Because your order is shipped from China, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. They are set by customs authorities and carriers, they are not controlled by us, and we cannot predict their amounts. They are not part of the product price or shipping charge shown at checkout unless stated at checkout.

9. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct your address, contact us at contact@heusomstore.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist but cannot confirm that a change is possible after your order has been processed.

10. Damaged, wrong, or undelivered orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your order has not been delivered after the maximum delivery time above, please see our Return and refund policy. No physical return of the product is required.
